Customer Statment is a consildated report. The report contain the balances and transactions of a customer. The report is filtered by different formats.

Report Filters

• Date From - Date From is the date from which users require the transaction details.
• Date To - Date To is the date till which users require the transaction details
• Customer From - Enter the 'Customer Code' from which users require the reports to start with.
• Customer To - Enter the 'Customer To' till which users require the reports to end with.
• Show Zero Balance? (Y/N)
  • If  'Show Zero Balance' is 'N', only customer records with outstanding balances will be output.
  • If  'Show Zero Balance' is 'Y', customer records with outstanding balances and 0 balance will be output. Zero balance customers are those who have all the transactions paid off.
  • By default the report is generated as 'Show Zero Balance' to 'N'.
• Show Items? (Y/N)for a record.
• If  'Show Items is 'N', report will only output the transaction type.
• If  'Show Items is 'Y', report will output the items sold in a  transaction.

• By default the report is generated as 'Show Item' to 'N'.

• Customer Type - Select the customer type to generate specific reports. For Example, generate the report for staffs who are customers on the system. 'Customer Type' is maintained on the customer screen.
