Subject: Review employee access for menus under Link WEB - Employee Profile
Summary:    

Concerns

  1. In version10, the employee list was filtered by Pay Team access for menus under HRM - Employee Maintenance. In version 11, the employee does not filter.
    1. Limit the pay team access to FTN for admin.
    2. Log in to link web and navigate to Employee Profile - Achievement. Verify the employee list in the employe dropdown.
  2. User "admin" is in the workflow for employee E002. Remove "admin" as the approver and set employee E015 as the new approver.
    1. Admin can still see the HR details for E002, for example, admin can see the experience details.
    2. Brent does not see any record for E002.
    3. Please review.

Development work for this case has been completed.

The change will be available in version: 11.0.0605

1. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information):|

  1. Changed the employee list and lookup values to be filtered by the security access for pay team.

2. The issue was caused by:

  1. Security access for pay team was not handled in employee lookups.

3. Next Step:

  1. UAT

4. Notes: All pay teams requires role access to be set up before the employee list can be visible.
