(UPDATE PR_PAYRUN SET STATUS = 'A', StatusMessage = '', SubStatus = '' WHERE COMPANY_ID = '1003' AND PAYRUN_ID = '4972') We then deleted the payrun from the screen and recreated it. For future reference, please note the following: - Do not restart the SQL or WEB server. As this is equivalent to switching the power off.
- Follow these steps if the processes are not running.
- Check the event log to make that the scheduler started.
