Hi Sanjay,

We need urgent onsite support for the Reddy Group, as they pay Under Company 1003 is stuck at status "Active - Waiting to Generate.

The following has been done.

  1. We have reset the process and restarted
  2. Restarted the server
  3. All processors are running Maximum User, in the Web config is set to 2500

There is no change in status.

Can you connect via Teams with us, please?

As per the Teams discussion - Sanjay  -Sitla

To solve the problem, we had to manually clear the payrun nd force it to reset. (UPDATE PR_PAYRUN SET STATUS = 'A', StatusMessage = '', SubStatus = '' WHERE COMPANY_ID = '1003' AND PAYRUN_ID = '4972')

We then deleted the payrun from the screen and recreated it. 

For future reference, please note the following:

  1. Do not restart the SQL or WEB server. As this is equivalent to switching the power off.
  2. Follow these steps if the processes are not running.
    1. Check the event log to make that the scheduler started.
    2. Check the Menu "Process Setup" and ensure the status is running. Check the "last start" date. If the status is not running, edit the entry and reset the scheduler.
    3. If you are not using process groups, check all company processes as a long-running task will delay processes in other companies. 
  3. If this does not resolve the issue, then contact support.
