Subject: Design a report to show sales of "Pseudoephedrine" medications.
Summary:    
Hi Sanjay,

According to the "Fiji Medical Products Board" pharmacies must submit records of "Pseudoephedrine" medications sold by the entity. Following details needs to be submitted:
  1. Brand Name of each PSE product sold or distributed
  2. Quantity Sold
  3. Name and Address of Purchaser
  4. Date of Sale
  5. Time of Sale
LinkSOFT has the "Prescription Listing" report, however, below are the concerns
  1. The report prints all medications. We do not know if it is a "Pseudoephedrine" medication.
  2. Address of the Purchaser - We do not capture the address of a patient, however, it can be if we create them as customers.
  3. ?Brand Name of each PSE product sold or distributed - We do not have brand maintenance
    1. Users can add brand to the description
      1. We will not have controls if the description is changed.
    2. Users can add brand in the notes - This is not printed in the report

Hi Sanjay, 

As per the GTM conversion:

  1. We can use "Category" and "SubCategory" to record the "Brand" and "Medication" type respectively.
  2. A customer profile should be created for every patient.
    1. Users can create a new customer from the "Prescription Entry" screen. 

Development Requirement

  1. Add "Category" and "SubCategory" filters to the "Prescription Listing" report.
  2. Print the patient address.
