Subject: Unable to generate the "Applicant Profile Report"

Bula Sanjay

LTA is on LinkSOFT Version - 13.10.1011.GA. When they try to generate the Applicant Profile Report using PDF view, the screen keeps processing (up till 400seconds) but the report does not generate.

I have tried the same on QA8, and the report still takes approx. 260 seconds to load.


Can we improve the performance of this report and also, what can we do at LTA to resolve this issue? We have advised them to use Report Schedule for now.

Hi Aarti, the URL: http://10.0.0.18/LinkSOFT/default.aspx is not configured on QA8. Please correct and let me know so I can have a look at this issue.
