We have encountered an issue with the report titled "Label - User Login - A4 (64 x 33.8 mm)". When attempting to generate this report by selecting a specific username from the dropdown list, the system fails to produce the expected output.
Steps to Reproduce: -
Navigate to Reports -
Select report: Label - User Login - A4 (64 x 33.8 mm) -
Choose Username: Vineet -
Click on PDF The resulting report appears blank after clicking on the PDF button. This issue has been replicated in the demo environment Link: Demo-LinkSOFT-LBS |

| Hi Irfaz, The reason you are not getting user "Vineet" in the report is that the user does not have a VALID "Security ID" in menu: "Point of Sale ~> User Options" I have changed the Report Notes to clearly state that this is required. The report notes now reads:
"This report will show data if the user login is "Approved" and has a "Security ID" in menu: "Point of Sale ~> User Options". This report should be run from the "POS Desktop" to show the Security Barcode." This change will be in version 15.70 patch later early next week. In the meantime, please add a security ID to the user before trying to print the report. |

- Changed report to show users even if the Security ID is not entered
