Provide a list of all reports in LINKSOFT where we are sorting by codes.

Alvis will review these reports and determine if we display the description on the first column and sort by description. The code can be added to the description or in a column after the description.

I have completed the analysis, attached is the excel "ReportSortingAnalysis" which has the results from reports in Backoffice and LinkWeb.

The following changes are required since multi-company is not supported in inventory:

Remove Inventory, purchasing data for company 1002 from demo database.
Restrict backoffice Inventory, purchasing menus to company 1001.

The following changes have been completed:

Removed Backoffice (INV, PUR, POS, DEB, EXT) modules, when logged in a company that is not 1001.
Removed default data for (INV, PUR, POS, DEB, EXT) modules from Demo database for company 1002.
Removed Link WEB (POS) menus, when logged in a company that is not 1001.
Rebuild New and demo build scripts.

Development for the following items was completed:

Refactored report template and template procedures to implement report framework changes
1. Added CompanyID parameter
2. Added Search Parameter
3. Changed report sorting to use the description
Changed Advertisement report to use the report template.

Hi Rashna,

The standard with JIWA and Epicor is to sort reports by Code then description, Refer to the following reports in JIWA:

Debtors balance as ar
Stock on hand
Chart of accounts
Stock Take etc

Therefore it makes sense for us to maintain the current sorting.

In future, please check with JIWA or Epicor so that we do not make changes that are nonstandard.
