Hi Salesh, Licence issued. The amount doesn't look right. can you check before applying this on site?  Please do not apply on site if it is incorrect.

Morning Salesh, I have issued this licence, although the licence request amount does not match the amounts n the case. Can you have a look?

Also, no need to send me client payment information. When you issue a licence, LBS is responsible for collection, and we have previously agreed. See licence policy.

Let me know what the difference is in case T14172

Aah ok I see now. The reason the quote cannot be used as the status is not "Win". Can you mark the quote as Win?

Just FYI - For quotes to be pulled in, the Customer Name must match, and the status needs to be "Win"

Can you change this now so I can apply the quote?
