Subject: Add ability to select multiple entries and make them inactive at once instead of making items inactive one at a time
Summary:    

The following forms have the ability to make records inactive one by one. This can be time-consuming especially during a cleanup process. 

This change will allow users to select multiple entries and remove them all at once.
