Example 1- E0001 start date is 01/01/2025
- AAL is allocated as 01/01/2025 - 31/12/2025
- Leave Allocation should be allowed within the calendar years 2025 and 2026
Example 2 - E0002 start date is 01/02/2025
- AAL is allocated as 01/02/2025 - 31/12/2025
- Leave Allocation should be allowed within the calendar years 2025 and 2026
Test Case- E0001 applies for the Leave date 05/01/2026 successfully
- E0002 applies for the Leave date 05/01/2025 which fails with the message - "Date From" [05/01/2026] and "Date To" [05/01/2026] cannot overlap multiple Leave Periods. Leave Allocation Period [01/02/2025 - 31/12/2025]. Leave Rollover: Y [Company-Employee:1001-E0002, Leave: AAL]

| Hi Vineshwar, the case doesn't have enough information. Can you elaborate more on the following: - When applying for leave, there are three status. Planned, Applied and Taken. When status do you want this validation removed?
- If we remove validation, this means users can apply for unlimited leave. What controls need to apply here.
- You need a set of test plans so we can follow steps to ensure this change passes and doesn't impact standard business practices
