Subject: Leave Allocation Screen to show unprocessed hours
Summary:    

LTA Team has requested that the Leave Allocation Screen include the unprocessed leave hours and its equivalent days in the screen in separate columns.

The reason for this stated by LTA is that they always have to go back and forth using the Leave Transaction Report to confirm what is the actual balance based on the staff queries as the balance on ESS doesn’t actually show the Applied, Approved, Taken, and Not Paid details.

Teams meeting: Aarti and Sanjay

  1. Agreed to include a column for "Unprocessed Leave Hours" on the menu: "Leave Management ~> Leave Balance"
  2. The columns will be on the Right of the "Balance" column as it will not affect balance amounts
  3. We will consider having Hours and Days for Unprocessed Leave

Next Step: Transfer to Development for project allocation (Aarti)
