| PART A - Development work for this case has been completed. 1. The change will be available in version: 15.80.250711 2. The following changes were made (Include Database object names, Program classes, and any other relevant information): - When updating Leave transactions from menu: "Leave Management ~> Leave transactions" form, the Hours Taken doesn't get updated. This has been corrected.
3. Affected Areas: - menu: "Leave Management ~> Leave transactions"
4. The issue was caused by: - Change in processing "Leave taken"
5. Other Relevant Notes: 6. Next Step (Review and System Test (Developer) -> UAT (Quality) -> Documentation): System Test completed. Further UAT required.

| Investigation Notes: - Hours taken is calculated from Leave Adjustments + Leave Transactions
- In prior versions (< 15), leave could be applied after an employee had been terminated, ie, the employee did not have a valid Allocation. In this case, the transactions would not match the Allocation as the leave date will be outside the allocation date. This issue is prevented by validations introduced in V15
- In versions 15 and newer, leave application and adjustments has been tightened to prevent 2. above
Customers requiring history corrections can upgrade to V15.8 and use adjustments to correct leave balances. |
