Subject: Implement Cost Centre Field on the employee lookup screen on menu 332-3

Bula Alvis,

GMF had requested for the following:

In order to improve pay processing procedures, we have figured out the need to add “Cost Centre” to the below “Add Employee to Pay “listing.


We use the listing to figure out who all employees are left out in the respective pay and also send out the listing to the relevant managers,we think have not submitted the leave forms or the time on ESS.

Thus, the cost centre will make work much easier to figure out the exact managers who need to be given an alert. This will reduce errors on our side and also avoid us making special pay to accommodate those pays who have been missed out in error.

Requesting the above change.
