| Subject: | Probation Review Alerts - to add Company, Territory, Branch and Cost Center Information |
| Summary: | Bula Vinaka Team, The system sends out alerts for Probation Review and these emails are configured by Company. Considering that there are more 3 companies created in payroll, it becomes difficult for the HR team to identify for which company the alert is for. It is desirable to have Company data of those employees whose contract is about to expire as the HR Admins oversee more than one company. Include this other information as well: - Territory
- Branch
Having this, will make the alert more informative and also will help in better decision making. We do not require a change in functionality, rather a change in the layout. Refer snap below for new notification:

4. Notes: Users can identify the company by placing the company name in "Mail Common Prefix" configuration. This prefix is added to the subject of all alerts. |
