Subject: Improve "Course Feedback" response functionality
Summary:    

Currently, the course feedback design does not give value to the software. Verified in version 11.

For example, 

  1. Navigate to "Link Web - Employee Profile - Training Feedback". Expand into the details:
    1. In the demo database, log in as "Admin" and go to "Training Feedback".
    2. Expand into the details of the course "Computing Essentials".
    3. "Course Feedback" questions are listed there.
  2. Concerns
    1. There is a field as "Initial Value" for the course feedback. This is not applicable, we do not set an "Initial Value"  anywhere in the system. 
    2. Users can edit and enter a "Value" for the feedback.
      1. There is no definition as to what the value is.
      2. If a question is "Did the training content explain concepts and information clearly?"
        1. Users cannot enter a sentence to explain. No "Text Field" or "Notes" option.
        2. Users A can enter a value as 4 while user B as 50. How can this be analysed?
        3. Also, feedback of 4 does not give a clear answer to the question "Did the training content explain concepts and information clearly?"
Suggestions
  1. Add option to enter text
  2. Remove "Initial Value"
  3. If we are including values, we need an option to define what the values present.
