1. Problem Details
Hi Sanjay/Alvis

I have a small issue in v12 searching fleet balance on Customer Search in POS Processing form. Previously upto version 11, when cashiers clicked on F4 and swiped the card, the available credit limit shown was that of the fleet. In v12, when fleet card is swiped, the master customer balance is shown not the fleet.

The reason why cashiers not using the balance behind the Mileage and Pin when card is swiped directly at barcode is because they are using forecourt which occupies 1/3 of the form and that balance becomes really small. I have seen the LBS_POS_CustomerSearch procedure in v11 and v12. We still have the LT_POS_CustomerFleet_GetVehicleNumber_fx being called in both versions with the only difference of new customer all table and #Search List. Are you able to assist me with this issue.

Cashiers are now making mistake and telling customer to fill up when fleet balance is not sufficient only to find this out on transaction completion.

I have reviewed this on the Demo database as well as a copy of the OTGL database. Available Limit for the fleet is now showing on the Customer Search Grid when the Fleet card is swiped
