The following changes were made (Include Database object names, Program classes, and any other relevant information): - When importing cases from email, the following changes have been made:
- If a new email is being created, the whole email body is used, including forwarded content
- When adding a comment to an existing case, we only use the current email body (we exclude forwarded/history content). This is to prevent previously added content from being repeated.
- When searching for the case number in the subject, we look for 'Call No:", "Case No:", "Task No:" or "Ticket No:". Previously, we used only "Call No:"
