Subject: When creating Cases from Emails in Helpdesk, do not repeat comments
Summary:    

Some calls created by Emails (in Helpdesk) are repeated.

Also take the first part of the email, not the history as this may have multiple repeats.

PART A - Development work for this case has been completed.

1. The change will be available in version: 15.90

2. The following changes were made (Include Database object names, Program classes, and any other relevant information):

  1. When importing cases from email, the following changes have been made:
    1. If a new email is being created, the whole email body is used, including forwarded content
    2. When adding a comment to an existing case, we only use the current email body (we exclude forwarded/history content). This is to prevent previously added content from being repeated.
    3. When searching for the case number in the subject, we look for 'Call No:", "Case No:", "Task No:" or "Ticket No:". Previously, we used only "Call No:"
