There are three menus to maintain Task Costs. We can simplify this by consolidating the menus:

  1. "Helpdesk Maintenance ~> Task"
  2. "Helpdesk Maintenance ~> Cost"
  3. "Helpdesk Maintenance ~> Task/Cost"

into 

  1. "Helpdesk Maintenance ~> Cost Maintenance"
