[12/9/2025 12:27 PM] Reviewer: Thanks for your uploads. Please since your system supports integration with both VSDC and ESDC, we need you to upload samples of invoices showing each case , one signed by DevSDC and another signed by VSDC (please place one under the other for clarity).
Additionally, please provide invoice samples that meet the following criteria: - Include GTIN. - Include at least 2 different payment types. Include at least 2 different tax rates per invoice.
Further on, please amend your POS Number to reflect [your accreditation number] / [your product version] eg. [21/1.0.1] as documented. https://tap.sandbox.vms.frcs.org.fj/help/view/1843292513/POS-number/en-US
I will fail all questions below so you can upload us with new samples that reflect previously mentioned changes.

Hi Sitla, re: Samoa TIMS certification.
They are asking us to include new invoicing functionality. They want us to link multiple invoices together for advanced sale. This is a core change and a feature none of our customer have asked for.
We may need to reconsider Samoa if they want us to change core POS functionality that won't be used in Australia, Fiji or Samoa
Can you look into this and why they are dictating what features pos should have? This has nothing to do with Certification and even if we build it, our customers wont be using this feature. Can you contact Samoa VMS and ask them if they can certify without Advanced Invoice? |
