| Verified that when a user is deactivated, the logs show the following details: Figure 1 - Event Log showing user "allison" was deactivated.
 It is important to note that the following criteria is used to select users to deactivate. Details are in the documentation as well. Conditions for user to deactivate: - Process "SYS004" must be enabled, "Enable User Cleanup..." must be enabled, "Inactive Cut Off Days" must be > 0
- The User Inactive days must be greater than the "Inactive Cut Off Days" in process SYS004. Check this in menu "Global Administration ~> User Maintenance"
- The user must not be named "admin" or be part of an administrator role
- The user must not be in an active workflow
If the above 4 conditions are met, the user wil be deactivated and a event log entry created. |
