Subject: Invalid Licence Message is marked as "Information" instead of "Error"
Summary:    

When the system starts, it checks for a VALID licence before starting the process.

If the licence is INVALID, the message is marked as "Information" and therefore does not stand out in the error logs.

Can we have this changed to "Error"
