Steps 

  1. Setup Replication between HQ and Branch
  2. Created a transfer in the demo database from "Retail to Main" in Branch.
    1. Product = PNT02. 
    2. Transfer Quantity - 50
  3. Ship stocked from HQ.
  4. Received stock in Branch. 
  5. The stock update from receive is incorrect. Refer to Table 1.

Development work for this case has been completed.

The change will be available in version:12.2.1120 and 12.3

1. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information):

  1. Changed the background queue process to run under linkadmin context. linkadmin context is used for replication.

2. Affected Areas:

  1. Transfer receive

3. The issue was caused by:

  1. Replication uses linkadmin user to track changes, the background queue process that posts the transfer was not under linkadmin context.
