1. An alert should be sent to the Employee as a reminder of Years of Service. Employees should only see their own records as shown in Fig 1 below
2. An alert should be sent to the configured email (s) to include a Consolidated list of all Employees. This is already achieved with Process ESS012 as shown in Fig 2. (no need to change)

Note: We only need to Improve the Alert to also be sent to the Employees. The Consolidated List is already being sent to the configured Email Address on the Process (ESS012).
