Hi Sanjay,

During the budget announcement last year, SRT & ECAL were removed so FRCS has launched a new output file based on the new table settings we have.

We need to get the new file format out so that clients can lodge PAYE successfully.

This change is under the following menu:

Payroll Processing> Tax Submission> 


Step 1 - Update of Tax Table - ( User Maintained as per our instructions)

Step 2 -  2024-Paye_Reg 6-Template - (Users use this table to identify if the software is making the right calculations as per the table in Step 1. 

Note: This is just a guide for us to use to ensure we are properly in compliance with the PAYE deductions.

Step 3: PAYE out Put File (This needs to be actioned from our end and applied to all Customer sites)

Hi Sanjay,

As discussed, I have attached the comparison file for both MAnula and Auto calculation on the payday reporting format.

Change is simple, just remove the 4 fields from Manual and 2 fields from Auto format.

I have removed the extra field columns from existing files to match with the 2024 file format and uploaded them for both formats and it was successfully accepted but the FRCS portal.

Hi Sitla, 

You havent clearly stated which File format needs to be changed. I have pasted the "Tax Submission" selection below. Can you confrm the two identified are the ones to be changed?

Also confirm the other formats remain un-changed.

Hi Sanjay,

Please do not replace the existing file formats but rather ADD the new file formats for 2024 uploads.
Older formats will still be used by clients for reconciliation and submission purposes.

Format Names for  new 2024 files

  1. Auto -PayDay Template 2024
  2. Manual Pay Day Template 2024
