Summary:    Email Alerts should contain an identifier at the end of the alert indicating the source of the alert. This will allow alerts to be identified and compliant with email standards.

2. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes, and any other relevant information):

  1. Created a template named "Email Identifier"
  2. Added "CompanyName", "CompanyAddress", "CompanyContactDetails' as parameters
  3. Added "Email Identifier" to all alerts and Report Emails
