Subject: Editing cases in the projects menu is slow

When editing cases in the projects menu, the refresh of the project's grid takes a long time. 

An investigation is required why this is slow.

PART A - Development Completed Instructions:
Before Development is started, ensure the following is ready:
1. The case has a clear definition of the issue or change required
2. A test plan is in place
3. Change has been approved by Sanjay

a. System Test is performed by development in the "Finalised" Development environment ({version}
b. UAT is performed using the installation provided

PART B - Development work for this case has been completed.

1. The change will be available in version:12.31

2. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes, and any other relevant information):

  1. Removed section for "Cases not assigned to a project". This section had a load of 5 seconds. The projects menu should only list projects that are created. 
  2. Refactored Project tasks extraction and removed "Cases not assigned to a project"

3. Affected Areas:

  1. Helpdesk -> Projects

4. The issue was caused by:

  1. "Cases not assigned to a project" had a bigger impact on performance as the system has to query all cases in the database that is not in a project.
