Subject: Leave Transaction Report to show if an attachment has been added to a leave transaction
Summary:    
Objective: Customers need to know if a medical certyificate was attached to a leave application.

Hi Sanjay,

Requesting that the leave transaction report include an added column beside “sold” or “paid” for "Medical Certificate", whereby a tick/untick option is shown

A tick Box would mean: Medical certificates were attached during the application process.

The untick box would mean no attachment was uploaded during the application process.

Appreciate it if this could be facilitated.

  1. Create a leave transaction. Do not upload a attachment. The leave transaction report should show the "Medical Certificate" checkbox as "Unchecked"
  2. Create a leave transaction. Upload a attachment. The leave transaction report should show the "Medical Certificate" checkbox as "checked"
  3. Update a leave transaction. Remove an existing attachment. The leave transaction report should show the "Medical Certificate" checkbox as "Unchecked"
  4. Update a leave transaction. Add a attachment. The leave transaction report should show the "Medical Certificate" checkbox as "Checked"
