| Subject: | Database Size issue for High Volume Transaction Sites |
| Summary: | There is a database size issue for high volume transaction sites. The problem seems to be around two tables:- FRCS TaxIntegration
- Replication Data History
The following two changes will be done: - Review the tax integration table and reduce the data required - set the configuration to store "All" or "Required" data
- Review the ReplicationHistory table. - set configuration to Archive data after "N" days

| Development work for this case has been completed. The change will be available in version:11.4.1115 1. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information): - Enhanced SYS004 to cleanup the Order Tax Integration table. Remove duplicate Image fields like QR Code, VerificationURL, etc. Items not required by FRCS AUDIT Specifications
- Added "Days to keep" for each "Cleanup type"
- Set defaults to 365 days for logs and 30 days for FRCS redundant audit fields
2. Affected Areas: - Replication Logs, Event Logs, Mail Logs, Order Tax Interaction
