Subject: Additional information to be captured when "External Link Action" is processed
Summary:    

When leave is approved from the Email Alert, we are experiencing some customers getting "Auto Approval". This is caused by Mail Servers checking Links for Malware/Virus etc., causing the "Approve" option to be automatically executed.

We need to capture more information about the source of the "Approve/Reject" execution, including IP address.

PART A - Development work for this case has been completed.

1. The change will be available in version: 15.90

2. The following changes were made (Include Database object names, Program classes, and any other relevant information):

  1. Added User IP and Browser information to Log Details. See figure 1 below.
