Subject: Employees not able to apply for leave for the end date of current allocation - Error Message - "Leave Application cannot overlap mutiple Leave Periods"
Summary:

Hi Sanjay,

I have verified the following Demo environment.

As per our current feature, the system is not splitting; therefore, we have to make two applications

However, the last allocation Day is not allowed in the application date.

  1. Employee ID: E001
  2. Current Allocation - 1/01/2024 to 31/12/2024
  3. Leave Applied for 30/12//2024 to 2/1/2025 or 30/12/2024 to 31/12/2024 or 31.12.2024 on its own - It gives the same error message - refer below Snip.

  4. However, WHen applied for 30/12/2024 and 2/1/2025 separately, it does allow us to apply and submit. In this scenario we are not able to apply for 31.12.2024. The last day of the allocation.

  5. Can we have this allowed to process as well, as employees will use that date in their leaves as well.

  2. Company: 1001
  3. Version: 15.80.250711A.GA
