When helpdesk cases are created/updated, we also update the "LastActivityDate" of the user so that the ARCHIVE process recognises current active users

When "Additional Rules" are updated, a duplicate entry is created in the "Rules Content" table. This has been corrected.

When a user is updated, or the user company is updated, the "Last Activity Date" is updated. THis is to prevent the user from being deleted when the "Purge Runs"
