Subject: How to change employer contribution to 10%
Summary:    The new employer contribution needs to be changed to 10% from January 1 2015. In order to make this change in Link Payroll, the following steps needs to be performed.


1. Go to menu 312-2-Superannuation Setup. Change the Deduction Rate from 8% to 10% and Save.

2. After this change every pay that is created, you will notice additional 2% contribution shown in the payslip and pay edit screen for each employee with Pay code DSUEM.

3. Once this pay has been updated the same will be reflected in the Superannuation Report and Electronic File.

2. Go to menu 311-1, select pay code DSUEM. Change the classification of this Pay code to Non Pay Items.

3. After this change every pay that is created, you will notice additional 2% contribution shown in the payslip and pay edit screen for each employee with Pay code DSUEM.

NOTE: If you have multiple Company setup, you would need to perform the above steps in all companies.
