Subject: | Fleet credit sale completed when an incorrect pin was entered |
Summary: | The system allowed fleet card credit sale to completed when an incorrect pin was entered. Steps to replicate: - Setup a fleet with $50 monthly rollover credit
- On POS Screen enter the Fleet card number. for example: FC1HX7MSFC
- On PIN entry, enter incorrect pin and click OK. System prompted incorrect pin, do you want to try again?. Click NO
- Customer selection is cleared.
- Do a normal credit sale and click complete. System prompts customer selection screen. Close this screen without selecting any customer. System loaded the Fleet card customer scanned in 2. above.
- Complete sale.
- Checked customer, available credit did not reduce

| Development work for this case has been completed. The change will be available in version: 9.4.8.6 1. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information):| - When a fleet card pin prompt is canceled, we reset the customer to default cash customer.
2. The issue was caused by: - Incomplete reset of the customer when the pin prompt was canceled
3. Next Step - UAT

Test Plan - Setup a fleet with $50 monthly rollover credit
- On POS Screen enter the Fleet card number.FC1HX7MSFC, PIN 1234
- On PIN entry, enter pin as 999999 and click Ok. Cancel Retry. Customer should be changed to POSCASH - Pass.
- Credit Sale should not be allowed for POSCASH - Pass
- On POS Screen enter the Fleet card number.FC1HX7MSFC
- On PIN entry, enter pin as 999999 and click Ok. Retry and enter the correct pin. The sale should be completed without errors - Pass
