Employee [E029] cannot submit a Leave Application [HRL000116] even though there is a balance of 4 hours available

Relevant Details;
  1. Employee E029 has 24 hours of ABEAV (Bereavement Leave)
  2. Employee applied for 20 hours [HRL000115] and this is Approved and marked as Taken
  3. Employee applied for 4 hours [HRL000116] however, he cannot Submit the application

PART A - Development work for this case has been completed.

1. The change will be available in version: 15.80.250709

2. The following changes were made (Include Database object names, Program classes, and any other relevant information):

  1. Changed Available Hours Calculation exclude "Hours Taken" as "Hours Taken" is already reflected on the Leave Allocation screen

3. Affected Areas:

  1. Leave Application Submit Validation Rules

4. The issue was caused by:

  1. Previously, "Hours Taken" was reflected in the Leave Allocation screen after it was paid. We have changed this so "Leave Taken" is reflected as soon as it is marked as "Taken". The issue was caused by Double Counting "Leave Taken"

5. Other Relevant Notes: 
6. Next Step (Review and System Test (Developer) -> UAT (Quality) -> Documentation): System Test Completed.
