Steps

Create a new item as RL001 - Chicken and Chips.

  1. Load item in POS by typing RL001 in the barcode section.
  2. Item is loaded but the description is blank.

Development work for this case has been completed.

The change will be available in version:11.4.1106

1. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information):

  1. The blank line was created in POS because the item did not exist in the POS location. We have added a fix for this.

2. Affected Areas:

  1. Create an item in MAIN location. Sell the item in RETAIL location.

3. The issue was caused by:

  1. Coding error.
