Subject: Do not validate Employee Code when importing TNA Biometric/Employee Mapping
Summary:

When importing TNA Employee Mapping records, we should not validate "Employee Codes" if the  'LinkSOFT.API','TimeAndAttendance' integration is turned on. This is because TNA data is being sent to another server for processing.
