Subject: Changes to Customer Fleet Statement Report

(Any change to the original design or requirements, that are not clearly specified, will need to be handled through change management and may incur additional costs.)

Mobil has requested the following changes to the implemented in the Customer Fleet Statement.

  1. Rename report from Customer Fleet Statement to Customer Fleet Summary. Mobil users will log in to the Mobil portal to extract this at any time they need
  2. Remove the word "Statement To"
  3. Realign the Address of the customer in the below order
    1. PostCode
    2. State
    3. StreetNo, StreetName, City/Suburb

Development Notes:

  1. Allow the Report to be Renamed. This will affect ALL Companies in the Database.
  2. Make the word "Statement To" Configurable. Default to: "Account Details"
  3. Realign Address - We cannot do this as the Postal Service Address Structure needs to be consistent. We can Script the change of Postal Address to the Mailing address for all customers

PART A - Development work for this case has been completed.

1. The change will be available in version: 14.10

2. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes, and any other relevant information):

  1. Added Report Name Maintenance in menu "Business Intelligence ~> Report Maintenance". Users can change the Name of each Report
  2. Added a "Customer Address Title" to the Fleet Statement. Users can change this or remove it and leave the title Blank.
  3. Address format cannot be changed as it is the Postal Standard which is required for valid format.
