Summary:    

Separate report email set up by the company.

Scenario:

Report "Employee Listing" is scheduled to email in company A and company B.

Company A uses an "Email document template" which has an email address configured to "ABC@CompanyA.com"

Company B uses an "Email document template" which has an email address configured to "XYZ@CompanyB.com"

Issue:

The report schedule sends the email to "Document Template" configured in company A for both companies.

Development work for this case has been completed.

The change will be available in version:11.4.1104

1. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information):

  1. Added CompanyID to Report Email Setup table
  2. Changed the report build scripts to create 1 entry for each company in the Report email setup table
  3. When the report email is sent, the document template is used from the user's logged-in company.

2. Affected Areas:

  1. Report Maintenance ~> Report Email Setup

3. The issue was caused by:

  1. "Report Email Setup" was not separated by the company which can cause reports to use an incorrect document template when generating the report email.
