Subject: Items do not load on the "Customer Display" if the display was opened after loading items
Summary:    

Hi Sanjay, 

I have tested the case with 817.

Items do not load on the "Customer Display" if the display is opened after loading items.

There are scenarios, when cashiers load items but do not enable display. 

For example, Cashier forgot to enable display, loaded all items. Cashier turns on the display before saving the items on POS - The Display is blank.

Steps 

  1. Log into POS
  2. Load item PNT01 and PNT02
  3. Open Customer Display.
  4. The screen is blank.

The application has been changed to display items even if the display is opened after items have been scanned.

QA for product and Patch Releases
Step 1 - Developer to system test changes until not issues are found - Alvis and Sanjay to sign off on System Test
Step 2 - Product expert allocated by Consulting Manager for Product QA.
               Consulting Manager to allocate resource
               Consulting Manager to sign off on UAT and Generic Test

STEP 1 - DETAILS OF QA can be entered in case comments. Summary to be maintained in the table below.

Tested case in QA1 with 818 Beta 1. Database - LINKSOFT DEMO
