Subject: Leave accrual for employees that do not have time entries
Summary:    

Leave accrual is processed for employees that are in the pay run.

Employees that are on the timesheet and do not have any time or leave entries are not included in the pay, hence missing out on the leave accrual.

Improvement is required for the system to include the employees for leave accrual.

Development work for this case has been completed.

The change will be available in version:11.5.0513

1. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information):

  1. Changed the configuration "Create Normal Hours Zero Quantity" to "Create "Normal Hours" entry with zero quantity when the employee does not have any time or leave entries. This is useful for employees on "timesheet" where there is not leave or time entry in the system, however, we still want to accrue leave." 
  2. Implemented the change when creating pay for an employee.
