Further to our TeamViewer session, we performed the following:
  1. Backed up the DB
  2. Backed up the Link Technologies Folder
  3. Uninstalled LinkSOFT application
  4. Deleted the Link Technologies folder
  5. Restarted the machine
  6. Installed LinkSOFT application 15.51
  7. Performed upgrade - Successful
  8. Logged into web platform - Successful
  9. Retrieved license - Failed

Error Message 

Licence Request Failed.

SqlDateTime overflow. Must be between 1/1/1753 12:00:00 AM and 12/31/9999 11:59:59 PM.

We have passed an update to match the Expiry Date shown on the screen

Update LT_SYS_ApplicationLicence set ExpiryDate = '2025-12-29 00:00:00.000'

Upon retrieving the licence again, the following error popped up:

Cannot Issue Licence. Reason: Used

I have transferred the licecne from V12 to V15.
