The documents show that we need to cater for a flag that allows us to mark a submission as "Final" for the year. This needs to be done when an employee leaves the company or if it is the last pay of the financial year.

We need to Finalise on the last pay of the year or when an employee leaves.

Single touch has been updated with the following:

  1. The data validation is checking for the Gross amount to be a positive figure.
  2. In this example, the pre-tax deduction was taken out of Gross resulting in a negative Gross figure.
  3. We have amended the STP processing to deduct pre-tax from Lump Sum A in scenarios where gross would be negative.

The change has been applied to Anglican Youthworks and STP submitted successfully.
