Subject: Change "Start and End Time" for "Process Setup" and "Frequency" in Upgrade Scripts
Summary:    Request: Change "Start and End Time" for "Process Setup" and "Frequency" in Upgrade Scripts from 4.00 AM to 11.30 PM

Issue: After Upgrading the Cloud Environments, the "Start and End Time" for "Process Setup" and "Frequency" reverts to 6.00 AM to 8.00 PM

Clients using Cloud Environment are facing issues in;
  1. Pay Processing
  2. Generating Files;
    • Bank Pay Submission
    • Super Submission
    • Tax Submission
As most clients start using the system before 7.00 AM FJT (i.e 5.00 AM AEST)

Also, the Azure Environment Settings are setup to run the following at these times;
  1. SYS008 (Index) - 10.30 PM AEST
  2. SYS003 (Backup) - 11.00 PM AEST
  3. The maintenance task for FTP Upload runs after the Backup is done

The policy maintenance has been changed to start the scheduler at 5 AM AEST and stop at 8 PM AEST.

The change has been applied to AZURE.
