I have generated the file in the following environment with the following results: PAYE file does not display results when using the "View" option for "2024 File Formats"

I navigated to Menu  Payroll Processing:

Clicked on Tax Submission
Clicked on New:
Chose the following filters in the form:

Payrun ID: Pay Team: FTN Pay ID/No: 495/1 Pay Date: 14/01/2024 (Year: 2024 Period: 1 Status: Closed)
Tax File Format: Payday File, Manual Tax Input (2024 Format) [PayDayManual2024]
Saved

Status Completed.


Clicked on View: redirect page comes up blank. refer image below:

The same result was duplicated for the Auto PAy Day-2024 format as well.

Note: File format for previous versions correctly displays when using the "VIEW" option

I was able to upload the Data View format into FRCS Portal succesfully.

All requirements met as per legislation.
