Subject: Increase the file upload size for attachments

Hi Sanjay

When trying to upload an attachment that in size is bigger than 10MB on Employee Maintenance > Select Employee > Notes and Attachments > Attachment, we get the error message "Maximum file size to upload is 10MB".

How can we increase the file size? 

MCL is trying to upload a PDF file containing data regarding employee information. The maximum file size can be up to "25" mb. 

We can wait for version 13.50.

  3. Navigate to Employee Profile --> Employee Maintenance --> Employee: E013
  4. Expand this employee --> Notes and Attachments --> Attachments
  5. Attachment Group Name: Generic Documents
  6. Uploaded file "L12692.pdf" 
  7. The file size is 10.9 MB
  8. While uploading getting an error: The maximum file size to upload is 10MB

  1. Added a Configuration named "Attachment Size" in KB. Default value is 10,000 = 10MB. To upload 25MB, set the value to 25,000
