Subject: Issues with GL integration Report
Summary:    Hi Rashna,

As discussed on the call, the following 2 issues exist in the GL report in version 11:
  1. The debit and credit amounts are not tying at the employee level due to FNPF and Insurance commission amounts.

Hi Alvis, 

I have verified the case in version 11.5.0508.

  1. The issue is not in the standard "GL Integration Report".
  2. The issue occurs when the Coca Cola Customization is enabled in "Lt_SYS_Customisations".


  1. The pay values for "HSUPE" Liability, "LICI Commission" and "FBSPIN Commission" are summed and printed on the top of the report.
  2. Since, the above are missing on the individual employee record the GL report shows balances for all employee record. However, the report summary shows the report is balanced.  Refer to Figure 1.
  3. I tested the case as below:
    1. Disabled "GL Grouping" for HSUPE, LICI and FBSPIN.
    2. Created pay for employee 100035. Payrun 267.
    3. Validated the "GL Integration Report". Refer to Figure 1.
