Subject: FRCSSDC Integration Failure Notification alert

When the FRCS Integration fails, the user has to look for the failure before they know the failure has occurred.

We need a better way to get notified when a failure occurs

Development work for this case has been completed.

The change will be available in version:11.5.0306

1. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information):

  1. When there is a failure in FRCS Integration, an email will be sent to the email address configured in "Document Template > FRCS Web API Alert".
  2. If the EMAIl Addresses are left blank, the email will not be sent

FRCS Web API - failed ESDC tax integration.

Transaction Details

Check the following:

  1. ESDC device is turned on.
  2. The tax file number for "Company", "Cashier" and "Customer" are correct.
  3. Tax labels used in the transaction are correct.
  4. Re-submit the failed transaction

The transaction can be viewed at "Financials Portal > Customer Profile" or "Business Intelligence > Data View > ARTransactions"

  4. Post an invoice in Epicor.
  5. Validate that the invoice is integration under Linkweb - FMIS - Customer Profile.
  6. The SDC signing should fail as the cashier tin is blank.
  7. The failure alert should be generated and sent to the email in the document template
