The blank information is present in the Transaction Report to which users refer too. For the information already filled, users get this from the Sales Docket (receipt), i,e, Customer Name, Fleet Card Number, Vehicle Number, Odometer Reading & Location.


They require the above report which shows them all the required information. Their current version V10.146.
