Helpdesk has the feature to add company logos which are 
reflected on helpdesk reports. Refer to Figure 1

  Follow the following steps for 
setup:
  - 
  
              
       
Navigate to 
Global Setting into  
              
       
Company.
   - 
  
           Click on the 
grey triangle into the details of the 
company.
   - 
  
              
  Add the 
  attachment  
              
  details under attachments. Enter the 
following
  
   - 
  
              
       
Expand 
  the Attachment  
              
       
Group by clicking into the grey  
              
       
triangle.
   - 
  
              
       
   Browse the logo  
              
       
image.
  
   - 
  
              
       
Save the attachment and generate the  
              
       
reports.
