Exit Details records the exit details and survey when a employee leaves the organisation.

 

Notes:

  1. "Exit Question" added in HR will be updated in ESS under "Employee Profile - Exit Question ".

Report:
  1. Employee Entry Exit Report (Menu 438-14)

Steps to setup Exit Details:

  1. Select the Employee
  2. Select the " Add New Record" icon or pressCTRL + Nand a new record will be created.
  3. Enter the  details as per Table 1.  
  4. After entering the record(s), click on the SAVE icon or select CRTL + Sto save the record(s) successfully.
  5. Select "Close" icon or the Alt + F4 shortcut key to close the menu.

Fields

Description

Details Tab

Exit I D

Exit ID is system generated. Exit ID format is set under Configuration .

Exit Date

Select the "Exit Date".

Exit Reason

Select the "Exit Reason". Exit reasons are maintained under Maintenance - Exit Reasons.

Exit Interview

Indicate if the employee will/has responded to "Exit Interview Question".

Certificate of Service

Indicate if the "Certificate of Service" was awarded to the employee.

Would Re-Employ

Indicate if the organisation would re-employ the employee.

New Employer

Enter the details of the new employer.

Offered Position

Enter the details of the new position of the employee.

Offered Salary

Enter the new offered salary.
Interview Questions Tab
Question Select the "Interview Question". Interview Questions are maintained under Maintenance - Exit Questions.
Description Description will be automatically updated when the interview question is inserted.
Response Response contains the employee's response to interview questions.
Void Records that are "Void" will not appear in any lookup on the system.

Users can click on the "Red X" under the menu icons to "Void" or "Activate" a record

Notes Users can enter any notes in the notes button. Notes button will be "BOLD" if it has contents.
